Our Story

Samata Systems was established in 1990 in Bangalore with a simple mission — to supply reliable, high-quality office machines to businesses that depend on them every day. We are a 35-year-old private limited company dealing in paper shredders, lamination machines, binding machines, currency counting machines, fake note detectors, ID card printers, and paper cutters.

Over three decades we have grown into a full-service partner serving over 1,00,000 satisfied customers across India and abroad. Our clients include leading corporates such as Bosch, Oracle, Infosys, TCS, HCL, ITC, HUL, Genpact, ABB; pharma companies like Himalaya Wellness, AstraZeneca, KAPL; major banks including ICICI, SBI, HSBC, Citibank, Canara, PNB; and government institutions such as ISRO, DRDO, HAL, Karnataka High Court, Vidhana Soudha, Karnataka Prisons, Police Commissioners offices, and many hospitals, hotels, schools, colleges, and cinema chains like PVR and INOX.
